services. By using our services, you agree to the terms outlined below.
Subscription & Billing
- All SynxZap subscriptions are prepaid and non-transferable.
- Billing occurs automatically based on the plan selected (monthly, quarterly, or yearly).
- All invoices are considered final once payment is successfully processed.
- Subscription renewal is automatic unless cancelled before the renewal date.
- Additional charges such as WhatsApp conversation costs, integrations, or usage-based fees will
be billed separately.
Refund Policy
No Refund Policy: All payments are final. SynxZap does not offer refunds under
any circumstances, including partial-month usage, unused services, or early cancellation.
Refunds are not applicable for:
- Change of mind
- Downgrade or upgrade after payment
- Non-usage of the platform
- Delays caused by third-party services or user-side technical issues
In the rare event of a proven billing error directly caused by SynxZap, a credit may be issued to
your account — not a cash refund — after internal verification.
Chargebacks or payment disputes raised without prior written notice to SynxZap may result in
immediate suspension or termination of the account.
Cancellation Policy
- You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard or by written request.
- Cancellation stops future renewals but does not entitle you to a refund for the remaining period
of the active subscription.
- Upon cancellation, services remain active until the end of the paid billing cycle, after which
all associated data and access may be deleted permanently.
Account Termination
SynxZap reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at its discretion for reasons
including, but not limited to:
- Payment failure or chargeback initiation
- Breach of Terms & Conditions
- Misuse of communication tools and automation features
Termination for any of the above reasons does not qualify for refund or credit.
Modifications
- SynxZap may update, modify, or revise this policy at any time without prior notice.
- The latest version published on synxzap.com will always supersede previous versions.
- Continued use of SynxZap services after policy updates constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
